The retreats are based in CBT-Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and working creativity with mindfulness.

Intensive therapy retreats are becoming a well practiced way of making the change happen effectively, efficiently and long lasting. On retreat the change can happen so much quicker than going once a week, because we stay in connected, open and relaxed, embraced in the process. We are able to move past our defences and see more clearly the past story, with the meaning we gave it. It also helps to be in a beautifully relaxing and harmonising Villa, surrounded by a beautiful garden, a fantastic landscape within the volcanic mountains and lovely sandy beaches. Intensive retreats create longer lasting effects, because we have time to go deeper, the heart space to open up and the ability to connect more freely away from attachments, others and work. Finding your inner energy again and harnessing your true nature is liberating. We work through relationship patterns and relating difficulties to be more at ease with yourself and others - understanding the past through the interactions in the now.

About Our Retreats
An intensive therapy retreat is a quicker, deeper, and longer lasting way of doing therapy. There is much more time to go in deeper, in a safe and professional setting, holding you in your process. It`s now proven to be more effective and longer lasting from the clinical research done. It can be a challenge to leave work, jump into a therapy session and then back out of it and to continue working - we often loose it quickly, as there is little time to consolidate and sit in the change. Following a program through the week which is based on science and yet goes deep into our hearts, focuses on deeper core blocked energy and works on removing your fears, blocks and stuckness from life’s experiences is totally life changing. Some retreats are focused on finding yourself again at the most innocent, peaceful and loving place, which brings you back to yourself and leaves the drama of life behind.
Immerse yourself in a totally relaxed and healing environment. The therapy is focused mainly for one to one deeper therapy sessions, with small group sessions, where we will talk about issues, techniques and the process in general. Below is a guide to the process on retreat, it is just a guide, as each person is treated uniquely, depending on their aims and problems etc. We therefore tailor make your process for you, to meet your needs and achieve your goals.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a psychological approach based on scientific principles and research suggests that it is effective for a wide range of problems. The psychotherapist and client work together to identify and understand the problems. They work together to understand the link between thoughts, feelings and behaviour patterns. During times of distress, we can judge situations and difficulties in a different way than when things are good.
We dedicate ourselves totally to your experience and journey through therapy, mindfulness, yoga, meditation & self-discovery with indulgent time off relaxing around the pool, in the jacuzzi, or in the peaceful haven and gardens of the retreat centre.
With qualities of joy, happiness and inner peace, helping you to be free from past events. People often ask me “how do I live freely in the now, in my busy life” — I often reply with awareness, patience and learning to be free inside yourself. I love to help people heal, regain control and not be blocked, this will allow you to become the best version of yourself. Feel what life is like, feel the richness of being free with yourself. I have a burning desire to help people reach this point, because it feels fantastic and it`s hard to put it into words, it can be empowering, uplifting, light, harmonising, peaceful………...

08:00–08:30 Mindfulness/Meditation in the early morning sunrise to connect & find peace
08:30–09:00 Breakfast
09:00–10:45 Therapy Sessions & individual work
11:15–12:30 Creative therapy time, or body movement/connecting
12:30–13:30 Lunch & relax
13:30–16:00 Space for therapeutic treatments/creativity time
16:00–17:00 Group reflection session & Q&A`s
17:00–18:00 Self Process time
18:00–19:30 Dinner & social/relaxation time
19:30-20:00 Some evenings there are Meditation/Relaxation sessions or reflection time

A magical experience in a magical and powerful place. A really intense but oh so beneficial therapy. All activities were organised and executed to perfection - what we needed when we needed it. The food was excellent and the villa beautiful ! And Sharon you were there for us in every step of the way towards healing. I highly recommend it to all of us out there that are looking to be freed from the past and are looking to become the real person that we are. I can never thank you enough dear Sharon !
