Therapy
What if you could achieve your goals, heal, and change through creativity. The creative process interwoven with therapy can be a powerful combination. Reclaiming the parts of yourself that may have been silenced, or lost through life.
We can shift blockages, transform, change patterns, and find inner peace. What if relaxing & seeing more clearly your lifes challenges can happen in a moment of meeting yourself more deeply through creativity?
Sometimes traditional meditation can be hard, or leave you restless—it can feel frustrating especially if we are in a moment of high stress, or have a busy mind, ADHD, or over thinking etc…... Whereas being creative in a process can bring about much needed inner healing and calm to our nervous system, making space then for transformation and healing.
I practiced for over 27 years before suffering an extreme and very rare major health problem which was life threatening and life changing. I found creativity & having a quiet space to reconnect to myself, a very powerful part of my healing process.
About Sharon
She has a Master`s degree in CBT & post graduate degree for clinical supervision, as well as many certificate levels in different modalities.
I’ve had my own meditation practice since 1993 & I`m passionate about living from the best part of ourself. Choosing consciously, rather than living in automatic pilot After a difficult childhood, or event it can be hard to live freely - we easily revert back to negativity, or past programming, which is automatic.
Creating the change we want
The understanding of trauma Biology is now becoming more recognised & working through how you internalised past events can help release the chains that hold you back, the circles we get stuck in, & the overthinking patterns.
Understanding how life experiences can affect the mind & body, cause blocks & create personality traits is valuable to be able to release the bondage & impact it can have.

It takes more courage to face your problems than it does to ignore them.
After therapy sessions, practice & consolidating the understanding & change are important.
From understanding, comes new opportunities to learn & practice new skills, then you can see and understand from different angles, & create new, better choices in alignment with your desires.
